Change of use to flexible office, research & development & light industrial, Wallasey (October 2022)

Secured the change of use of a former training centre to a flexible office, research and development and light industrial use in Wallasey. This is a sensitive backland site close to residential and other commercial properties. Co-ordinated a surveyor and architects to provide existing and proposed drawings. Produced a planning statement and put together a comprehensive planning application package. Secured full planning permission in 4 months.
