Secured a Class MA prior approval change of use of a former office building (Use Class E) to two one bed two person dwellings (Use Class C3) in Huyton. Provided a supporting statement to demonstrate how the proposal was eligible for change of use permitted development rights and satisfied the various prior approval matters. Prior approval granted within the 56 days target.
