Serviced accommodation opposite Newsham Park

PHPC LLP obtained planning permission for the change of use of a large 6 bed semi-detached house opposite Newsham Park to 6 bedroomed service accommodation. Assisted the client in producing a Management Plan for the property to address concerns around the proposed use and potential impacts on neighbours. I produced a Planning Statement addressing planning policy and guidance issues including the loss of a dwelling to an alternate use. Managed the planning application process through to a positive decision within 2 months of submission.
